The Secretariat for Entrepreneurship and Investments has announced a public call for the allocation of funds from the Budget of the Capital City of Podgorica designated to support startups headquartered in the territory of Podgorica.
This public call applies to newly established companies that are not older than five years and that create, develop and implement innovations for the development of products, services and processes, with high growth potential in the international market.
Through this call, the Capital City provided a budget of €60,000, providing support to startup ideas contributing to the development of the Capital City (Optimization of water and electricity consumption; Traffic, public transportation, and parking space optimization; Waste and construction material management optimization; Green area and agricultural management optimization, as well as environmental protection; Business optimization through the creation of new digital solutions).
The maximum amount that one participant can receive is €6,000.
Applications should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address: Capital City Podgorica, Independence Square 20, 81000 Podgorica, with the note: Public call for the distribution of funds from the Budget of the Capital City of Podgorica designated for startup support – DO NOT OPEN BEFORE OFFICIAL OPENING.
Applications for the competition should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address: Capital City, Independence Square 20, 81000 Podgorica, within 30 days from the date of publishing the competition in the daily print media.
