The EIC Accelerator program is the most coveted European funding scheme for high-potential and high-risk innovative, deep-tech companies.
The program provides financial support in two ways: a grant of up to €2.5 mn and equity of up to €15 mn. In 2024, the total budget allocated is €675 million, distributed among open calls available to companies from any industry and challenge calls focusing on specific topics.
The EIC Accelerator program is a part of the European Union’s Horizon Europe program, which supports research and technology development from initial ideas to commercialization and global growth, with a budget of €95.5 billion.
